Payment and Refund Policy

All our clients are very important to us, that's why YooD India ("Company"), has created the following Refund Policy to let you know how we handle the refunds for the bookings ordered and bought from our website/app. The terms "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the user/ vendor/ service provider using our Website/app. When this Policy mentions "we", "us,", and "our" it refers to the YooD India and its subsidiaries or /and affiliates. The term "bookings" refer to any product or services bought on our website/app by you. For any questions regarding this Refund Policy or any requests regarding the refunds and returns, please contact us by email support@yood.in.

Payment policy

While availing any of the payment method/s available on the website/app, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to: ● Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, ● Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between banks, ● Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, ● Decline of transaction for any other reason/s In any scenario, the total amount payable (complete package amount excluding booking amount) must be paid at least 5 days prior to the event/occasion date. All payments made against the services on website/app by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Platform will not facilitate transactions with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on website/app. Before making your booking, we request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online environment to our users.

Refund policy

You have the right, without giving a reason, to cancel the booking/bookings within 3 days (within 72 hours of booking time), in no case where only the booking amount is paid. The booking amount will not be refunded in any circumstances or situations after the prescribed timeline. In case of complete/full/total package payment is made at the time of the booking, the full amount paid will be refunded within 3 days (within 72 hours of the booking). In case of cancellation after 3 days but at least 30 days prior to the event/occasion date, the amount will be refunded only after the deduction of the booking amount or can be rescheduled once within a period of one year. In case of cancellation in less than 30 days of the scheduled event/occasion date, you can submit a request on support@yood.in with details of the reasons for such request. The company will get in touch with the venue owner with your request. The venue owner has the discretion over such requests and his decision will be binding on the company as well as the user or service provider.
