Your use of the www.yood.in and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions as applicable to the www.yood.in including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the www.yood.in, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the portal for such transaction. By mere use of the www.yood.in, you shall be contracting with YooD India and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations with YooD India.

For the purpose of these Terms of use, wherever the context so requires "you", "your"or "user" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a renter or a service provider on the portal by providing registration data while registering on the portal as registered user using the computer systems. YooD does not allow the user to make purchases without registering on the portal. The term "we", "us", "our" shall mean YooD India.

Users are liable for damages of any kind that YooD India or any third party may suffer as a result of the breach of any of the obligations to set forth herein or by the law in relation to using the service.

YooD India shall not mediate in conflicts between users or between users and third parties that may interfere with the proper provision of its services and reserves the right to remove them from the website or to cancel any existing contract, where applicable, until any dispute or disagreement has been completely resolved.

YooD India reserves the right to remove any website content it deems inappropriate for the character and purpose of the website and users without any prior notice. It also reserves the right to modify and / or adapt content, if necessary without any prior notice, without thus affecting the integrity of the contribution, in order to adapt it to the formal requirements and the quality of the website or the media on which such content may appear, according to the provisions of the general terms.

(q) interferes with another users use and enjoyment of the portal or any other individual user and enjoyment of similar services;

(r) refers to any portal or URL that, in our sole discretion, contains material that is inappropriate for the portal or any other portal, contains content that would be prohibited or violates the letter or spirit of these terms of use.

(s) harm minors in any way;

You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to YooD India or others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information.

Since YooD India is a content-heavy platform, owing to the content generated by YooD India as well as their multiple users, vendors and service providers, YooD India takes copyright & Intellectual property/proprietary rights extremely seriously.

If we become aware that one of our users is a repeat copyright infringer, it is our policy to take reasonable steps within our power to terminate that user. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the YooD India in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with relevant proof and we will be happy to take stringent actions accordingly.

Payments

While availing any of the payment method/s available on the portal, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

Lack of authorization for any transaction/s,

Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between "Bank/s"

Any payment issues arising out of the transactions,

Decline of transaction for any other reason/s

All payments made against the purchases/services on portal by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Platform will not facilitate transactions with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on the portal.

Refund policy

In any condition whatsoever, the booking amount will only be refunded within 72 hours of booking scheduled timing. No request for cancellation of booking will be entertained at the expiry of the 72 hours timeline.

YooD India reserves the right to amend this policy in order to adapt it for future legislative or jurisprudential developments.

The general terms of use and other legal conditions of the website are governed by Indian law.

For any questions which may arise or actions arising from the provision of services and contents by the portal and the interpretation, application, fulfillment or breach of the provisions herein, YooD India and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the jurisdiction of Lucknow only.
